How do pizza hut keep their recipe preparation confidential?

It is said that pizza hut and many companies keep their recipes very confidential. Even if the cook changes, due to fixed preparation method, the recipe doesn't change its taste much.But how is it possible to keep the preparation method confidential and get the pizza prepared by any cook?

hmm didnt know that pizza hut has some secret recipe on their sleeves. i just assume is just they use good ingredients.
