Chile Miners Trapped Deep Underground Will Be Rescued In Months

News reports that 33 Chile miners have been trapped in a deep underground since early August and that it will take months to rescue them. The earliest they can get them out is by November. While they are trapped inside, they will be provided with necessities: oxygen, food and water, communication device, and light. If they are trapped inside, how are the people that are rescuing them able to provide them with the necessities? I can't believe it will take months to rescue the trapped miners. I thought it will just take a few days. I was surprised when they say it will take months to get them out. I don't know how can anyone be able to get through this and remain sane and calm in a underground they are trapped in.
