Hello fellow Mylotters. I have just uninstalled cashgopher, in fact the computer is still in the process of removal. Already there is a huuuuge difference in my pages loading, searches, etc. Everything is moving faster now.
I hate to unload this thing, the money isn't bad, in fact it is pretty good. But I have to be able to use my computer and not wait an hour for my pages to load.
I have win xp servicepack 3.
Who else is having trouble with cashgopher, or who is not having trouble? What is your OS? Maybe this problem is linked to a particular OS.

I have had no trouble at all (fingers crossed) and I am also very pleased with the way the money is mounting up.
I only have it on my PC at the moment but I'm going to put it on he two laptops as well!
I am running Firefox so I don't know if this has madea difference.
Everything is still the same speed and I'm not having trouble dowloading or uploading.
It'sa shame that you've had to knock it off, it looks like it could be quite a money spinner!!

I run firefox as well. I did a scan earlier in safemode and found some stuff, so I have re-downloaded the Gopher. We shall see how this works out by tomorrow. So far, I have a bit of lag but it's not near what it was.
Thank you!

In answer to your question I am not facing any download problems which can be directly attributed to CashGopher.
I am using XP 3, Athlon 64, and 4Gb of RAM. I have the latest Javascript runtime environment component.
I do notice that CashGopher takes a lot of resources compared to programs like GomezPeer. The problem that you faced may be related to hardware and/or software configuration.

I installed Cash Gopher in my computer for a few days. However, my earning is just only 1 cent. And my anti-virus software suggested me to remove this software. Since I often deal with my online banking and shopping, I am worried about the security. Especially the earning is so little and I don't want to take a risk with such a low paid. So I uninstalled Cash Gopher from my computer at last.
I love China

Maybe I had some adware that affected my pc performance. I went black (safemode) and ran malwarebytes. It picked up a bunch of adware. Windows defender didn't find anything. I rebooted and re-installed Gopher and it seems so far to be running ok. I guess by tomorrow I will see if it acts up again.
Thank you for your contribution. It is good to know others who have the same os.
