Swagbucks being a bit stingy these days?

Hey all
Am i the only person who thinks swagbucks are now paying less and less. I remember when i first joined, you could reasonbly win 3 swabucks (equivelent to 30 these days) with 1 search. Now a day, i dont get above 10 at all! Ever since they changed this, they have starte3d giving out less (despite them catagorically saying that the amount payed out wont become less).
Whats worse, is that these NOSO, daily polls etc at first i thought were great. But now i have realised something. Take the NOSO as an example. Its similar to doing something on a ptc site. And yet you get 1 swagbuck! That means you would have to come on and do it for 700 days just to get $5 payout! Essentially getting paid $0.0071 to see like 6-7 adverts!
Im begining to doubt swagbucks. If it wasnt for the fact that it is pretty much just a search engine, i may have quit a long time ago.

I've gotten more than 10 Swagbucks today, my advice would be to use the search engine whenever you want to look up something, that way, you have a higher chance to get Swagbucks and always check the blog, sometimes they give away Swagbucks, like they are today.

MegaSwagbucks Friday is when they give out more Swagbcuks, still, you should look for the codes on their blog too, those always help.

No, Mr. First Person Shooter Ninja. They haven't been a bit stingy lately.
They are stingy.
When they changed the value from 1 point to 10 points, I knew this was going to happen. Oh, and we don't get 10+ a search now as you said. We get 10- now. Also, on some days, we won't be making any points at all. For example, I've done over 15 searchings today. Gotten 0. And on Fridays, as a commenter above said, it's even harder to get any points at all. It is a joke.
If I were you, I'd also join other point programs to make up with the stinginess. That's what I did. I'm in 4 in total. Message me at javi@cashie.net if you want to know about them. What I do is open these point systems at the same time, and then make the same search terms on all of them.

I have the same problem with the fridays. I seem to earn less than a normal day, sort of shames the idea of a megaswagbuck day really. And the codes? I live in uk, and the timings for the codes here normally occur some ridiculous time like 12 o clock at night, which means i cant realistically get sb by that method

I guess I just must be lucky because I get swag-bucks a few times a day, in fact I just got 6 a few minutes ago. I have over 2,000 and I don't do any of the code things from the blog, I do searches and the polls and that's it. I just cashed out for a t shirt that was 1,200 SB. I think so me expect to much out of a search and win sites. I am plenty pleased with Swag bucks.

My best advice is to try to get referral links and then use activeswagcodes.com and check when Swagbucks gives out codes, also, check out the special offers page and see if there are any videos to watch for free swagbucks every day, and then just mute the video unless it's something you're actually interested in.

I agree with you completly. I used to get a lot more gift cards than I do now. The reason I stay is so I can get amazon gift cards for christmas shopping. I will usually just go and search a couple of times a day, like morning afternoon and eveing. I will search 3 times and if I don't win I leave. I do have another site that alerts me with codes, but I have been having trouble with this as well I guess the problem is fixed now, this helps a bit as I never find the codes on my own. Sometimes even with the alerts I miss out. The Friday Mega swagbucks is a joke I almost never hit on fridays at all and if I do it is still a little amount. I would rather go back to the old system and not have to work 10 times as hard. I will probably keep with it a bit longer but I don't know it used to take me about a month if that to get a gift card and now it takes about a month and a half. If I just wasn't so cheap I would quit now. Good luck may you get lots of swagbucks soon.
