If you can change anything on your face, what would you change?

If I can change anything on my face, I would get laser eye surgery. That is the most 'cosmetic' surgery I would get. What about you? Would you get cosmetic surgery for anything on your face? Have you ever, and if you have, has it changed for the better?

I would do the laser eye surgery too. I suspect my astigmatism is too severe for it to be effective though.

I don't think I would. Perhaps my face is not the best face in the world, and maybe there are a lot more people who hate it than those who like it. But this is the best for me on my own grade. I will not force anybody to like it, but no one will be able to force me to change it too. This is how I am, this how my face is, and I feel ok with it..

I would make my lips a little bigger, and get lazer hair removal done on my upper lip, chin , and eyebrows. It would be such a blessing to never have to pluck again!

I've thought about this a lot. I thought about getting a nose job but I've decided I wouldn't do that, my nose isn't all that big, it was just a silly little complex I had. I've thought about lip and cheek implants too, but I've seen people in hollywood that obviously had them done and they look horrible, so that makes me doubt it would be a good idea. So I'm not sure. Maybe if I see someone I know get it and the results are good I'd do it.
