Hello all, I need help! For years I have never had to worry about my weight and now I do. Everytime I get motivated tho it seems I cant stay focused on my program. How can I stay focused enough to both work out and eat right? Any and all suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you ahead of time

It is hard to stay focused. I usually go off what I use to do when I was in weight watchers. You really just eat healthier and eat the right portions. Portion control for me is the hardest. Exercising I can usually get into but once I stop for a day it is hard for me to get motivated again. The only thing I can say is try hardest to think about what you will be getting out of it all in the end. Make it an everyday habit until it turns into something natural.

Losing weight basically requires you to find a weight loss plan that works for you and to continue following it. It can be difficult to stay motivated when everybody around you seems to be able to eat what they want without worrying about their weight. Staying motivated depends on you establishing a realistic schedule which you can continue to follow throughout your weight loss journey. You need to have realistic time frame in which to achieve your weight loss and fitness targets.
