its work like this ..if you have funded your kooday account with Paypal $10 then the value on kooday Alertpay will be negative $10.this mean you have to fund same amount again with alertpay and then ask paypal re-fund from kooday.do not ask paypal refund at first place before you make payment from alertpay this will lead to set your account to 0 and all your owned keywords will be property of kooday.however if you don't wish to continue with kooday you can ask direct refund from kooday.
