Problem with Printer Epson T20E series

Hello, anyone can help me with my printer (epson T20E series). I bought it last month, I give it little modification. Now the result from the printer is like drawing line by line. It doesn't make a good print out.

you probably dislocated the printer head or it might be the cartridge.
