Do you lead by expample? / myLot

Set a good example. People in your section will take their cue from your behavior and attitude to the job,your punctuality,neatness,high standards, an safety-mindedness, speak lauder than words and will achieve a great deal more as far as your staff are concerned. Are you a good example not only at work also a home? or your boss is a good example? These is a question to every individual.

I try to work according to my values, which are don't judge, respect the person, give service to your employer and clients above your own wishes, work only within your area of competence, and use integrity. this is how me anywhere I am hopefully it sets an example for others.

i believe i am trying my best to be a good example. we cannot be good all the time but at least we try most of the time.
