what is your favorite Chinese food?

For me, i really love chinese food!! I mean, i can like eat a lot of 'em and still be happy to eat more for the rest of the week. he he though they may look the same, they actually do vary!
My favorite would be dimsums, those small meals in push carts... he he love 'em!!
Especially siomai, dumplings, spring rolls - especially if there are lots and lots of chili... :P yumyum!

I really like dimsum and fried mantao. I also like those soup-filled dumplings... I forgot the name of that! I like fish lips soup, garlic (hainanese) chicken, and lemon chicken. I also like their crispy noodles and nai-cha. Are fortune cookies chinese? I like those too. Obviously, I can't get enough of chinese food. Yummy!

I'm Chinese.Although I haven't eaten other countries' food till now,Chinese food is really delicious,it's my favorite.And in different regions of China,the food has different flavor and taste,even the cooking methods is significantly different.The names of various dishes are pretty complicated,i can hardly translate them to English.All in all,I love spicy food,which is the typical taste of Sichuan.

Hi, I am a Chinese. I eat Chinese food everyday but never feel bring. Actually, Chinese food have a variety of ways to cook. Different materials mix in different way will lead to much more different taste. I can say that during my 22 years of life, I have only tried less then 10% Chinese food which we can tell the names. Of course, if you want, you can create new food as much as you imagination can get. So it is very hard to tell which one is my favorite among those all kinds of tasty food. If I have to choose one, I prefer dumplings. We eat dumplings at many tradition festivals, it's not only food, but also a representation of our culture.

I like dim-sum and extremely spicy foods too! I usually order one or two steam baskets of ha gau and beef / meat ball all for myself. I would share of course if I'm with someone since I could always order more. I also like to eat all kinds of seafood especially steamed fish, shrimps / prawns, and crab. But my all time favorite Chinese dish is fish ball noodle soup and I love it even more if I add some chili sauce into the soup. This dish is the first thing I look for in any Chinese restaurant I go into.

My favorite Chinese foods are the dimsums and Peking duck. Everytime we eat first time in a Chinese restaurant, I always ordered dimsums like siomai and ha cao (shrimp dumplings) and for Peking duck, I always get several slices of peking duck wrapped in an edible wrapper whenever we eat in buffets serving international or chinese cuisine. Yum!! :)
