Over the years lots of inventors make an effort to discover many things that benefits us all mankind. In your opinio what was the greatest invention ever made??

The light bulb by Thomas Edison, I think he is the first person to ever see the potential of electricity, after thousands of failed attempts he never really gave up. He kept on trying. Imagine life without his invention.. I'm sure we won't be able to use computers these days... Life would still be in the dark.
I must say that he saw the future way far...than ever good have imagined.
So in my opinion its the "light bulb" but the greater achievement was that he never gave up...

Chocolate chips and cookies. Hands down. haha! But seriously, I think the greatest ever invention is plastics. Polymers are used in countless number of ways now. From plastic bottles to laptop casings. Everything derived from plastic polymers and its countless derivatives.
