Stop haveing these kinds of toughts. Life is too short and too beautiful to waste on such stupid things. If your family upsets you, try to break apart from them. Move in with a friend or something. Do things that make you happy.Remmember, there are always people that are doing much worse than you and are trying to enjoy life. You should too!

hahahahahahahaha, this is a very serious topic but I could not help myself but laugh at you very last statement, of course a sould could not type at all... or is there any soul? That is the question... yet to make my response simple, I am on my sanity never to that crime! killing yourself is a very mortal sin! I guess you could not be forgiven in any if you do that! Life is a very precious gift, the only One who has the right to get this life is the One who give this life! How big is that problem though? Trying to kill yourself is not a solution but instead worsen the situation! Never give additional burden to your family! God never give us test that is not bearable in our two shoulders... I guess you are just to weak to try this... just imagine those ones who are struggling at the hospital trying to keep their lungs working!!!!!

Sweetie, to overcome emotional problems is not easy at all.
But to try and take your own life, won't really solve it now, would it?
When you tried that, did you think of your family and friends first.
Whether you are the black sheep in the family or not, to take your life is not the answer.
TATA.

Not in my sane mind; I'm a very strong person. If I have a problem, I'll solve it. If I cannot do it myself then I'll ask the assistance of my friends and family. I believe there's always hope at the end of miseries and struggles in life. I'm afraid of God and I believe that he's the one who has the right to take our lives.

I took an overdose of tranquilizers as a teenager. Not so much as an attempt to kill myself so much as an attempt to get my mother to take my issues seriously.
You see, when I came home and told my mom that my best friend had blabbed to others something I had told her in confidence, or the time that a guy I'd been seeing had boasted to his friends that I'd 'paid out' (when I hadn't), instead of receiving sympathy I was blasted with the diatribe that 'Just you wait until you're grown up and you have REAL problems to worry about like where the money for the next meal or mortgage repayment will come from. You think you've got problems, I'm telling you they are NOTHING!' That response made me so angry and upset because she simply dismissed my problems as insignificant. I vowed from that day that I would NEVER do that to my children and I never have.
I recognize that the problems I faced have changed as I've gotten older. When I was young they centered around my emotions and what others thought of me, as an adult I tend to worry about my responsibilities. The problems we face change but that doesn't mean that past problems become insignificant.
In any case, at the time my response was to try to force my mom to realize how much those things hurt by taking an O.D. of tranquilizers... didn't work, just resulted in yet another lecture.

I have never had reason to consider this thought for myself. It is too sad to think that anyone would think that ending their own life would be a solution to any problem. People need to reach out to each other. When we feel desperate, we need a helping hand to hang on to.

I did as a teen several times. I will not go into too much detail but growing up in the foster care system and being bounced from home to home after the money ran out was very detrimental for me.
So yes I did and it was not fun and easy to cope with things as a child. I have a special place in my heart for anyone who tries and succeeds as this is a very bad time in ones' life.

I used to think of killing myself when I was in High school. I was so down, very emotional and sadness are all over my body when my mom and dad separated and I need to live with my grandmother for the rest of my life. I thought that that was the end of everything to me but then I survived.
When I reminisce those days I laugh and somehow think that those moments make me more strong and tough to live the world without my parents.

i have two wonderful kids, but sad to say that i was once having thought of ending my life, there was an instance of my life that i was hardly praying that i wanted to die, because for me ,if i will die the suffering of my emotions will be gone, yes mostly the reason of killing yourself is because of emotional stress.

no....and I would never do that. I'm from romania and recently one of most apreciated artists in here, madalina manole did that...aldo she had a child. everybody was schocked, especially with the way she motivated her act. she said she couldn;t stand the way she looked.that's really odd...her child was 1 year old..she tried for 15 years to get pregnat and now...to leave him like that.
