Drink Pineapple juice. Well since your from the Philippines too. Del Monte Pineapple juice - the one with fiber, the one with color blue(I think), well it's written too in the can.LOL. Eat foods with fiber too. I hope that could help.

Try also Corn, the one cooked in boiling water. Also try Brown rice. Seriously, it's expensive, I'm not sure if the results would be the same to your boyfriend. But it helps. Forget bananas too.

I would recommend your boyfriend to seek or consult a doctor, it is always to seek the professional advice if you have a serious health issue. I have experience before that I almost went blind just because of this stupid general practitioner doctor that do not know very well about the eye diseases and just simply give me some medicine and said it will be fine the next morning and it was not. I later went to the eye specialist and found out that it was the eye cataract that have already to the final stage that I must have a operation immediately or else I will be blind. So you can see how serious it is if you get a wrong opinion with someone who just know nothing but just wild guess and simply give you opinion.

Have you tried taking in laxative medications like Bisacodyl Dulcolax? Take one or two tablets before bed time and then wath out the next morning if you will successfully eliminate those toxins out.

Well, I strongly suggest for him to see a doctor for further treatment. Hemorrhoids are caused by constipation and constipation can also be a result of too much stress. If your boyfriend is in a lot of stress at the moment, it may be the culprit. If so, advise him for relaxation techniques and stay away from stressors, an exercise would also be good. If this problem still persists after eliminating the stressors, he should definitely see a doctor. I hope this helps somehow.
