Well, first off calm yourself down. Don't be nervous and anxious on how to settle these things off. Be confident to yourself and try to think that if people can do it why can't I. By doing this you will be more confident. Well, it's not that hard to manage yourself with these things. The main situation here is are you willing to do it. If you can make yourself do it. I believe there are no obstacles at all blocking you ahead. Learning new stuffs is just like gaining extra knowledge. You just need to work harder to accomplish all these things with a better salary.

Its okay to feel that way towards a new job especially if its out of your comfort zone.But I would say believe and trust yourself that you can do the job. Always bear in mind that if others can do it then you too can definitely do it.

Hi dear, I know what will be your experience. We have a lot of pre-calculations. Like you, at the time when I give my first lecture, I was totally down with my control. Even the students were acting so funny and they were asking me that ‘do you want some water to drink?’. This was my first experience in a class room when I gone for my first lecture. But I had previous experience. Here you are already into the field and I think manage the position. There are few short cuts to face your problem. Also, you can do some preparations at home or any where you are comfortable. Get into a big room and assume you have a black board on the wall. Just assume that there are about 50 students are in the class and sitting in front of you. And start with a subject you are well aware. First of all, you should have a better knowledge on the subject. You need not be in a hurry. You can be so relaxed and do not show that you are first in this field. As you are from Wayanad, you may be supposed to take the classes somewhere in Kerala only. But you are going to place somewhere in India only, don’t be in a panic. In your class room, you are the boss and no one is there as your superior. You are controlling them and can handle smoothly. As I stated earlier, you get practiced for 4-5 times prior to go to their classes. Just like that. Or if, you got some friends or family people, call them as the students and start your practice in front of them. It is just for once only required. One class you are able to manage, then you will be in a controlling level to manage all the rest of the classes. The basic requirements are: Your self confidence. There starts all. Don’t under estimate yourself. You should have a faith in yourself and this confidence will give you courage and strength. Also, just imaging how is your lectures are managed the classes in your class room. They are quite ok with their way of handling.
