People in your section or work place will take cue from your behaviour and attitude to the job.Your punctuality.neatness,high standards, and safety mindedness, speak louder than words and will achieve a great deal as far the staff concerned. I think I'm not yet meeting the standards but I currently on the path. Hope that I can give my best in everything and lead others to the proper way.

its really hard to others lead in a right path but dont give up .just stand what you think what is right then they will see you have a good intensions. And they will ashmed to not follow you.
