What kind of motivation you have? People maybe motivated by the following: 1.For money. 2.To feel important. 3.To be respected. 4.To be popular. 5.learning and personal growth. 6.satisfy personal goals. 7.to have sense of achievement. 8. For security. Do you have this kinds of motivations?

With the kind of situation I have in our company, the only motivation I have are my students. I dont want to leave the company but they gave me no choice. I really have to do cause they dont respect our rights anymore.

We really have different motivation why we still going at work even we feel like we are pulling our feet to go at work.Most teachers have strong attachment to their students.

kind of different to me, i am motivated to finish my work just as not to have argument with my boss, i am motivated to be at my work rather than to seat and mingle with my coworkers, and i am motivated to work, because i am here for a contract and that i have to be satisfying what were written in it. lol. kinda hard.

I guess its all falls in personal growth and money whatever written in your contract all is you want to pleased your boss and appreciate with your performance causse its a form of agreement that your enjoying right now. Have a nice day and GOD bless.

well friends i think. i will not be motivated to go to work if there is no good working environment where i work.

yes really they help us a lot to continue working despite of our stressfull working environment,our many work loads or anything that causes sometimes demotivoted at work....
