Sometimes when you are get hired, you are really happy. But after months of working, working gets boring especially when there are lots of pressure like the tantamount demand of your boss or even the presence of your annoying office mate. So what's your ideas? YOu may share it especially when you have experienced it.

Well, the pressure which made me decide to resign is that working with a bad temper and stingy boss. If the boss treats me badly and always scold people even though that it wasn't the mistake that I done and also doesn't increase the salary even after a long period working at that place, then I would 100% sure that I would resign without a second thought.

Well speaking from experience just right now.. these are the kind of pressures that made me resign...
1. People i work with abroad are really getting into my nerves. they treat us less of a professional, but more like their maid!
2. They give too much work to us and they rush us all the time - escalate whenever there are late stuffs, that they sure know why its late - because they let us do another stuff as it is more priority..
3. Some person is always sarcastically talking to us - saying (not directly) that the work i have done is crap.
4. No CLEAR SIGNS that there will be career advancement.
5. Feels like our boss are always abandoning us in the battle...

A few years ago I was working for a company that worked me a lot. I was told I would have weeks off at a time and that really sold me. However, they never actually said I'd be working extremely long hours on the weeks I did work, and it seemed more and more that I was working weeks and weeks without a few weeks off, or without anything but a day off. My husband saw how it was affecting my health, we were just dating then, and he told me that I should quit as I didn't need the benefits anyway and could find another job.
I did quit because it was affecting my health physically and mentally. It was good money but not worth it at all. Anyway I wasn't paying attention to my work towards the end anyway because I was too busy thinking about my husband lol.

My coworkers are my motivation to always come to work everyday. Salary is just my 2nd priority, so if I am really not in good terms with some of my co-workers then ill just leave the company regardless of the salary and the work.
