It's too bad you didn't mention in what major was your college and how is the geographic condition around you, that would help others to find a business for you. There are many business that we can do as long as we willing to work hard. But considering your condition of low budget, I think it would be better if you try to start with a business that provide services for customers. Usually this kind of business doesn't need large budget to start, all you need to have is just the knowledge and the skill. As example, you can try a typing and printing business, it doesn't need a big cost to start. Or maybe you can try a documentation and photography services, repair services of electronic goods such as computer, digital camera, and else, or even you can try to make a catering. There are many of business you can try, you'll just need to search for what is the customers need, what skill do you have and use it as your chance to start a business.
