Have you ever seen the Urban Dictionary? I think it's great, honestly. It's funny a lot of the time, but also a way to see what people are really talking about with some of these words that pop up. They have a word of the day every day, but you can search terms alphabetically. It can be pretty humorous to just scan through the site, haha.

As for your examples, I think they just come about from laziness, honestly. "Aight" came about just from the way some people say it, verbally. Seems silly to me to type it that way, but people do now.

I don't want that I want it pertaining to everyday writing as an author and journalist. What is crossing the line and what is appripriate?
As stated in the disscussion. I do not want it to beabout another website. And yes we all know of that site. It stinks, its not Urban it has to many other words than Urban. People ruined it. It was a good site when it first came out. Now it has just alot of icky on it. ewwww. But relly Im wanting an Author's point of view, professionaly not everyday speaking. Thanks.
