What to do when you get frustrated and depressed in life?

Hi ajithal, I am feeling like that these days. I was given this task that i dont have the slightest idea. I was even close enough to lose a temper in front of my boss this afternoon when he was discussing it to me again (because i aske him to) but still the idea is far too vague for me to understand. How can i even talk to a database i dont have access and not knowing what is inside in there and what to look for. All i have to do is send a request for information to a bridge that our partner has developed. When i talked to the person incharge about it she said it is not working yet so what would be my basis if what i am requesting is right? I grabbed my notebook that was on his table. He thought i might walk out on him so he put his hands up and said wait a minute. That was when i realized i was acting rude LOL. i am frustrated because i dont know where to start and how to start. I am depressed because i feel im so dumbed not to digest all the instructions and directions that fasts.
By the way, all i can say is identify the root causes that makes you feel depressed and frustrated. From there start to ask someone friends, colleagues and family members or your love ones on what you would do. I'm sure they have something in mind that could ease the burden. Divert your attention to something that could lighten your mood. I watched that maia hii, maia huh video in you tube. you can find ways on what to do next to solve whatever makes you depressed and frustrated once your mind is calmed. Or you can write it all on a paper, crumple it and throw it away. Go out for a walk maybe on your backyard or in the park.

If you can't deal with it and -you don't have to deal with it right away, put it away, go watch a funny movie & come back to it when you are ready to deal with it.

First, I put on some upbeat music. That always helps to change my mood. Next I eat a bit of dark chocolate. It's hard to stay cross with chocolate in your mouth! Then I usually throw myself into some project. For me it usually has to do with my kids. Then I am too busy to be upset..no time.

I spend time with my kids too that I try to lesson the crabby mood....

Well yeah that feeling is the worst I used to be happy way long before, but now I no longer feel happiness I only feel pure depression. I don't like rooms that are bright I prefer rooms that are dark they always make me feel at ease. To tell you the truth I really don't know how anybody could stop being depressed.
I know that their is many people that overcome it and I have been one of those that just can't seem to over pass it no matter what I do I still always feel depressed and I guess that I will continue to feel that way. I do wish to be happy again though I remember when i was young I used to be very happy, but I guess growing up and going through life has really put me into a deep dark abyss and I wish to escape it one day.

This is hard question not replied properly but I can say mostly I am busy in my work some time household work, shopping and some time in mylot so not give the chance of my mind for depression. But some time when quarrel between me and my danger and sweet husband and I feel depressed then cried and then heard the old songs.

Pray to God.Go out with your friends. Pamper yourself and treat yourself a bit.
Try to cook for your family. Try something new something different from the things before.

I've been like that myself lately.....I know it's hard when you are so down to pick yourself back up what I usually do is let myself feel the hurt emotion then try to find a positive to it or think of what makes me happy to smile....Right now I'm depressed because of the situation around my house and that I miss my honey but I'm happy to call him my honey again and just keep focusing on that and my kids...

ajithlal we allhave those days, called depression and you need to tie]a knot in the end of the rope and hang on. also try to think of the things'you have that make you smile and laugh. think of funny things'and laugh. YOu cannot laugh and feel depressed at the same time. Also be opotimistic as being positive brings good things towards you, its called the law of attraction. good attracts good. black moods does not attract good things. smile and look for happiness in little things.

We all get depressed from time to time and if it is only a sadness you feel because you are alone, it is not something to worry about. If depression is plaguing you for years, you must do something about it. See a psychologist or psychiatrist if you are on medication. Talk about the underlying problems, if there is something bothering you. If you are physically healthy, but you need to put spark in your life, go out to singles groups, go hiking with your friends, or invite them to your house for tea if you know them. There are many things you can do to change the monotony and loneliness in your life. Just be careful that you do not respond to people on the internet who want to meet you. However, if you meet someone you like, take a friend with you and meet him in a social place. Just always be on your guard.
