Making my own banner and need your help

what i want it to look like - here is what i have and that i'm looking at making the sing look like.

ok everyone i am wanting to make a couple banners for the shop i run and need some ideas. I know what i want on it and all and know what i want it to look like i need help with finding a program to make it. i have tried vista print and can't get it to work the way i want with the pic i have any ideas would be great. I am looking to do this on viynal if i can so that we can put it on the old sign here with lights behind it.
