Books or Internet?

I depends what I am looking for. I study psychology online and when I need a quick answer, a definition or something like that I always use the internet, but when I need a detailed explanation I use one of my psychology books. I think that the internet has made many things easier and faster and I definately use the information that is available, but I still need books to write my reports etc. When I went to high school there was no internet, and we always had to use the library when we wanted to reseach something. Today there are more than one way to find information and I think that is great.

The internet, because it's faster and faster is always better. Seriously though, I can access e-journals online through the university proxy (they have a subscription to a number of sites) so I really do prefer using the internet for research. It /is/ faster, and I can find a lot more stuff than from searching through deadtree format publications.

The best of both worlds is my opinion. I worked with both when I did my research projects for college. My daughters feel that books actually give information that isn't online that they can get to. Some information is only available in books or just on the net, so my opinion is using both would be the best option.

well i usually go to books because some of the sites in the internet arent really that reliable. but when im studying, reviewing some words is easier in the internet than browsing the whole book just for it.

The internet. It has everything and very accessible. Unlike books where you would have to find the exact book you need.

we use books and net both for knowledge and updation ,we cannot buy many books hence we make use of net ,thanks for sharing.
