What is your best reason to get employment certificate with your boss that you know you need to use in applying new job. lol. Have you done this before?..

Yes i've done this. Getting employment certificate is important because we can use it in applying new job. And we can use it also in other transactions like getting bank account,etc...in proving that we are being employed in a certain company.

Are you planning to pursue your education while working? If you are then its also a good reason to get an employment certificate. My husband is still studying and he is also working so the school asked for his employment certificate as a proof that he really works. Or you can just tell your boss about the new job and that you need it for the requirements.

Im not student i am casual employee. If telling cause of a new job definetly he wont give certificate if your one of the key person in company. or he might give me but i might hear bad things. lol. thanks for the response.

I've tried getting an employment certificate before, and yes, it was for applying for another job. Well, I said it was for a loan. It was not a total lie, because I used it, indeed, for applying for a loan.

An employment certificate is needed when you apply loan or apply for a post paid mobile account. In most of the companies that I have worked with, an employment certificate is not being asked from our boss. It is being applied in our Human Resource Department. You just have to duplicate some copies so that you can use it in the future.

Employment certificate if very important specially in applying loans, applying any personal neeed. But its not easy to other companies to issue depends on the set up of the company/ position of person who request. SPecially if you are the key person or asset of the company you need a justification before you can have it.

thanks for the response , this morning one of my friend asked me suggestions what is the best reason to use to get a new employment certificate cause in our company its not easy to provide us, specially if your part of the key positions .we really need to compose a good justification before you can have it. OUr HR are not allowed to issue certificates with our notice of the top management.

Yes I did. There is nothing wrong with that. A requirement of every company would be the Certificate of Employment. But I felt a time it's awkward.

Hi, It is important to get a testimonial from your company before you left the company. The testimonial itself will describe your job duties and also your attitude towards your work and it definitely give a better remark to your next employer. I did request a testimonial from my manager before i left my last job. I was so glad that he did a good write up for my testimonial.
