Drink water:)

Hi dudes.. Drinking at least half a liter of water in empty stomach daily morning is good for health.. Also drinking the same quantity of water before going to bed keeps us fit.. I believe in this and wats your opinion.. Do share your thoughts:) Have a great day:)

HI,
I never know that drinking water in empty stomach is good for health.
But I do drink a glass of plain water everymorning after I brush my teeth,
it makes my throat feel comfortable,after sleeping for whole night,of course,
I need water to wet my throat.
I do believe that drinking plenty of water is doing good to our health,Especially
in hot season, water is very important.
For me, I always bring a bottle of water with me when I go out. it makes me easier
to get water whenever I want.

Hi srisiva,Water is life How can one avoid it after and before the bed time,Yes a good habit to feel the fullness,its really makes our skin glow,its the water that sustain the life on this only planet called Earth which is why it is so different amongst the other galaxies.
Unfortunately we people do not give proper due importance to this precious liquid,now-a-days we are purchasing it,and in the very near future we will be fighting over it,if we do not conserve it properly.

I never heard about this, but I think that you are right. I also drink lots of water during the day, but never so much on empty stomach. I prefer to eat first and then drink water. Maybe I will try this for a few weeks. Let's see how I will feel. All I know is that we are 70 percent water and therefore water does us many good.

It's well known how important water is. However, it is also important to note how important it is not to drink too much water, which can lead to water intoxication (also known as hyper-hydration or water poisoning) as it can severely dilute the electrolyte levels in your body.
I would recommend drinking water spread out throughout the day and not in a large amount in one go. I would also recommend drinking green tea with the juice of lemon as this has added benefits (green tea and lemon juice is good against viruses such as cold) but avoid adding milk or sugar as this would cancel out the health benefits.
Drink water after you've eaten something, after you urinate, and yes definitely drink more if it's a very hot day!

thanks for that information. I know tha water is good for health but i'm not a heavy drinker of water but if it keeps me fit, think i have to do that.

yes you are right.drinking a huge amount of water a day keeps us fit.as people say water is a universal liquid.it has unique properties of which medicinal is the greatest.it is due to water that makes our palanet lifeful.
