Money Bumper?? legit or scam?

i earned the minimum cashout here in this site. and when i requested my payment, it says that they paid me but i viewed my paypal acct. and they didn't get anything!! when i was clicking ptc ads to the other site, i saw the payment proof by the other members.. grrr!!! is this legit or scam?!

Hello! Money Bumper is no longer paying. It Has the same owner of AwSurveys which is a scam site. Better stay away from that site, you can find other sites that are legit and paying. Thanks and have a blessed day!
