I've been working in a call center for about 4 years now and the most common illness I have had is flu. I think it depends on which medical condition concerns you because high blood pressure is common to all men and women all over the world.

I have been working with call centers since the last 7 years , but never ever have i had any kinda respiratory or high blood pressure problems. Yes, i did had Insomnia and yet have it intact. Working in night shifts for many years made me a nocturnal person all together . I am unable to visit any relatives since i cannot sleep at nights , what may . We are yet stuck to the same work culture of working nights and sleeping days. Thats the only worst part of working with BPO's !

Yea, in our call center we have definitely many respiratory problems. Many sicknesses (colds and flus) constantly recirculate in our small call center. Carpal Tunnel syndrome is also definitely a worry.. High Blood Pressure.. etc- probably goes hand in hand with obesity which I think happens if you work here for years.. constantly being chained to a seat is not a very healthy life style-- people in my office tend to overeat also- sharing dishes and snacks etc... One of my supervisors did have a very horrible recurring ear infection thet included bleeding from her ear.. yuck. I have not really experienced voice loss.. but I know if it goes.. it's hard to do your job.. lol I probably suffer from anemia more than others as I work all night and sleep almost all the day away. I do not see much sunlight. :-) I think maybe back pain from sitting so long should also be on this list as I have gotten sciatic back pain a few times since I started this job.
