problem with neobux

hello mylotters, I have recently joined these two sites after having heard lot about them in this forum. I am now the member of these two sites for about a week. But the Ads there seems to be the same whenever I login to my account. In neobux they show me 4 ads and they are all the same since I joined last week. Is there a serious problem? When I click them it credit my account with 0.01 cent. And I could see my account growing at snails pace. I have clicked the same ads for 3 or 4 times as I could not see them changing. Is this illegal or ....? Should I click the ad once and wait for them to change?
