I know once in a while we feel tired when we wake up. On my case being chased in my dreams and when I feel like I really run for many miles. So you guys, how do you deal with this?

I would agree about drinking water often. Scientists tell you to keep hydrated for a reason. Water helps remove fatigue, oxygenate the body and clear out all of that stuff that is making you tired from your system. It's like oil you might say. Your gears will get stuck without it. Make sure you've had some water before you go to bed and you should feel a lot better when you wake up. Also good to take some after meals and snacks. The difference after having a drink of water can be huge! Healthy and energetic food should be a given. In particular, what you eat just before bed can have an effect on how you feel while you sleep and when you wake up. In most cases that drink of water before bed should solve your troubles with that though because it unclogs and oxygenates your system.

I think I have experienced something like that, feeling tired after sleep. What I do is I lay down and try to continue my sleep or drink a glass of water and just lie down to rest for awhile.

For me its not bad dreams but intense physical activity on a day makes it difficult to recoup full energy by the next.I take good nutritious food and drink on such a day and my energy levels are back to normal.I think meditation and yoga will help on such occasion. Methods to relax and get deep sleep will i feel rid you of these problems.
