Poster can encourage working hard?

Yes, according to me. One poster pasted on front of my office wall " SUCCESS DOESN'T COME TO YOU, YOU GO TO IT", when i read i bcome fress and feel all work do quick & finish all by today, really happen same. this word can effect our mind. some work take time to finish two - three hours, i findhed in one-two hours. its power of word & poster. I really thankfull of person, who pasted it.

I used to work for a company that loved to adorn their corridors with these motivational posters. Most of us could not stand them and they were the butt of many a joke. There are better ways to motivate staff in my opinion but then maybe we were just all lazy

I don't think it can totally encourage someone who is lazy but it can help people who are motivated renew their motivation if they lost it for whatever reason.They put it up in gyms everywhere to motivate people to train hard and to push themselves.
