Boys and their toys! When will they grow up?

I'm currently at work and my boss's friends brought up some old and quite broken car. So now 5 guys are trying to fix it and it's really funny because they don't understand anything about cars. If i say it's pathetic it's going to be too weak. So, girls, what do you think of the men's hobby "repairing themselves the car"?

working on a car even if it seems like a hopeless case is something we "boys" love to take on. it is a challenge and we love challenges repairing cars entertains us and lessens the probability of us going out to get chicks hehehe

Excuse me. I hope you don't mind if I give my opinion here, because you only invited girls and I am a man, but I am really interested in sharing my thoughts. I think it will be nice to have man's point of view on this matter. First of all, we must understand that most men have better development inside their right brain (to imagine, to construct, to build, to play, etc). No matter how old they are, that development will always bring tendency among them to perform things according to their right brain. Perhaps those friends of yours do not understand, or not really know about cars. But they love doing that because they understand what they are doing (understand does not always mean be able to). I myself for example. I am currently 29 years old, but I love playing video game (to play), and as a Star Wars fans I am addicted to lightsaber collecting and swordsmanship (again, to imagine). The most important thing is that what I am doing will not bother other people. And, if those friends of yours do not bother others, I think we just leave it that way. Just smile at them.

I didn't intend to invite only girls to comment. I just thought that guys will not be interested in the topic. But I'm happy that I was wrong. You have to agree with me that no matter how old you guys become you still like boy's stuffs. My boyfriend is the same. Well, he's more like a history geek. He makes maps and reads a lot about history, so I'm used to. But no matter what your toys are we still love you, guys!
