I think it is helpful for school if you have teachers or other students to get homework info. from. Also, its an easy way to keep in touch with relatives or friends all overthe world.

Well to me facebook has both its advantages and disadvantages. On the issue of usefulness I'd say it is. It does help you connect to other people around the globe, doesn't it. Especially with the fact that an connecting to people is much cheeaper than those money gobbling phone companies. For the disadvantages i'd say it's addictive.LOL. helpful and addictive:nice combination. Have a nice day
