Iphone shattered

I shattered my iphone:( yes it is shattered. I heard there are people that can fix shattered screens? Mine is broken all the way to the lcd. Is that fixable? if so how much does it usually range from as far as price? i live in georgia. Also if i have a water damaged 3gs how much can that range if i sold it through ebay? THAnks guys.
