Sleep around 6 hours in a day..

Hello friends, Commnly people and docters says that sleep above 6 hours in day is good for health and mind,its may be true but most of time i will sleep only 5 hours or nearly six hours,sleep above 6 hours is mostly not possible in my life . Some people will sleep and wake up in correct time .I don't know how is it possible ? How much time did you sleep in day ?more than 6 hours ? Happy mylotting

People should really get 7 to 8 hours sleep a night. Everyone can set out time for this. You will find that a rested person can do things faster than a tired one. It gets all done anyway only it's great getting that rest.

Yes I think there is need of a good sleep to human body and mostly I want to give my body the enough time to take sleep. But some time this is not possible. But this is true with out the sleep your body will respond differently. As this need to be in rest mode for a certain period.

Lately I need 7 hours sleep. Before I could sleep 9 hours a day. If I sleep longer I have a terrible head ace the whole day and my back would be hurting the whole day. To much sleep is a NONO for me. I feel even more tired. I think the amount of sleep depends on the individual. What kind of shape they are in, what kind of job they do.

Well, it should not always be more than 6 hours, but ideally you may achieve good health if you sleep above 6 hours. But remember, it is also not good if you sleep too much, especially above 8 hours and during daytime. Our body needs rest, that's for sure, but it also needs power to move on. It's like battery inside toy or tool that we have to maintain by powering the tool or toy on, otherwise the battery will be damaged and become unusable.

I sleep more or less 8 hours each weekdays and more than 9 hours on weekends. As a matter of fact, the quality of sleep is more essential than the time of sleep, Which can explain why some people who sleep very late at night and get up very early in the morning still are energetic.
