You are working to some company and you notice that there are some employees doing unusual to their works. Are you going to tell your superior that your co workers are not doing their jobs well? Or you will just keep silent and let others will tell to the superior

I just had to do this with one of my co workers. He wasn't doing any thing and i was really annoyed at having to pick up his slack. So I told on him with my own employees I really want them to tell me if a co worker is acting inappropriately so it doesn't catch me off guard.

no, I will not tell it to the supervisor. I'd rather keep my mouth shut about it and let the supervisor observe their irregularities of work. I do not want to meddle on it since I don't want to create an issue over it. It is not that I don't care about it. It is just that I do not want to be the first to create an issue at the office especially it is a matter that I do not have an authority over.
