Should the sale & consumptn of alcohol be restricted or banned!!

we hav seen this in almost every country adults r allowed to buy and consume alcohol wid a very little restriction ...do u think..the sale and consumtion of alcohol should be banned or restricted ...these days there are huge black markets whch run on the sale of alcohol.. so the contradiction is that how to balance between how to protect society and how to preserve one's indivisual rights

drinking alconhol is not a bad thing. However, as a matter of fact, it has maken a lot of tragedies.To balance,I consider sin tax is a feasible way.Do you think so?
