When I was a student in high school, I loved literature. I often write articles or poems. But when I grew up, this ability is lost! I don't know why. Now I only can write very short articles. I even can write diary because I can think in my mind but I can't write down.

Just my opinion: I think that when we grow up we stop experiencing the world. I know that sounds weird, but try and think back to your childhood. Back then everything was something to remember and record: every sight, every smell, every feeling. Then you grow up. And after the stress of family and jobs, we stop really taking in everything around us. We only concentrate on what has to be done and stop appreciating the nuances involved in truly living.
I think the challenge to getting back on track is trying to see EVERYTHING again. It's like an exercise in mindful meditation. DOn't let yourself zone out in the car trying to think about that meeting or the desk full of unfinished projects. Instead force yourself to keep your mind in the here and now and SEE what you are seeing. Find something worthwhile to make of it. When you get to work, listen to all that is going on around you while you do your projects. You'd be amazed at what you hear.
I'm a photographer, and it's what has kept me going and gives me so much to write about. Because I have to force myself to stay in the moment and find the beauty in everything in order to record an image.
Again, that's just my opinion. And it may not be worth much. But thought I'd give you another option to consider.

I think it's because we must worry much about living, about loving spend, about family, about children etc...So I lost our writing ability. Do you think so?

Hello,
The best way of getting back into writing is: write! Really, just start writing and your writing will improve again. Don't look at how good or bad the text you have written is, but just write, write, write. Practise makes preach!
Your ability is not lost at all, just tucked away in your head somewhere.
Good luck!

I've had the same problem. Ever since I graduated high school I can't write as much either. After a while I realized that I write best when I'm depressed (my high school years sucked). A lot of my friends are like that too. Maybe that's what's going on with you.
