Fruit salad recipe is a very simple and easy to prepare. All you need to do is to prepare the fruits of your own choice.For me, it is best to prepare the salad ahead of time. You may cover and place it to the refrigerator first to hold the freshness of your fruit salad.
and it has been proven that fruit salad has antioxidants to slow down the aging process, prevent and even reverse cancer and heart disease and strengthen the immune system. Plus, eating assorted fresh fruits is very delicious and fun too.
A good recipe I learned from my Loving Mother is this: Cut up lots of different fruits, such as apples,kiwis,banannas,strawberries,and other of your favorites. You can also add small fruits that don't need to be cut, like blueberries. Then add some kind of fruit juice. Not grape,orange,apple or any of the fake stuff. We like to put in pineapple juice.Put in one one and a half cup. Mix it up with a big spooon. Add two tablespoons of honey. Add one half cup of sugar. Mix it up, and mix it around so the fruits are mixed. Put ceran wrap over it, put it in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Enjoy when you get it out!

I love fruit salad but I myself haven't prepared any. I love fruit salad in Ref Cake, instead of peaches.
