workplace gossiping / myLot

Gossiping is just normal for a workplace but then sometimes it leads to misunderstanding and what's worst fighting among colleagues if not handled well. Do you also feel choked about it especially to the people who don't really works but tries to gossip all day long? Share me your thoughts. :D

Gossip seems to spread through the workplace like wildfire. Some gossip is hurtful and insulting. Some people don't see anything wrong with it if the gossip isn't about them. it can be very stressful to work with those gossiping about you. it can show in everyone's work performance. Gossip should be left outside the door where you work. it will just be more pleasant for everyone.

yes it is okay if the gossip is isn't about us but it also hard if you know your closes colleague/s is being talked about in your face and you can't do about it.

well it is normal, i think almost all workplace have gossip between employees, and we could not do anything about it especially if there is someone who will start the discussion, and we could not avoid it
