Are you a member of www.freeride.com ? I have been a member there for the past several years and have earned many tokens. I've tried cashing out TWICE now with Amazon Gift Cards and have never received either one. I continually email them about it but have yet to get a response. I guess I'm just curious if there are other FreeRide members out there and how your experience has been with that site. Have you received prizes you've requested? Unfortunately I really enjoy the site, but it's not worth me doing the work if I'm not going to get my hard earned prizes!

I've been with Freeride since the beginning of time and have never had a problem getting my rewards. I usually cash out for Amazon gift cards, too. They have gone through times when they were slow in paying out, but they've always paid out in my experience. Are you emailing them from the same address that you registered with?

I have been with freeride for a few years...I have cashed out once..I recieved my Red Lobster gift card with no problems at all...It actually came really fast,less than 2 weeks for delivery...Did it deduct your tokens from your account? Did they e-mail you on-line gift card instead of a hard one? I try to only redeem for hard cards..also try internet explorer instead of firefox. Sometimes that helps too.
