Are you a hypocrite?

have you tried masking away what you really feel inside.., Do you try to conceal your real feelings and motives over certain things? That's being a hypocrite. I don't know if trying to look happy though I'm hurting and depressed deep inside can be considered as hypocrisy.. But i don't think It is a negative attitude.., i'm creating a happy facade in front of the people I love.., trying to hide the turmoil of emotion within me.., I don't want them to share my pains.., I don't want them to be affected of my loneliness.., Because I only want them to be happy.. My family knows I am a happy person.., a jolly one., someone who always finds ways to laugh.., So I intend it to stay as it is.., have you ever tried hiding what you feel to protect your love ones?

I consider myself to be straightforward although I sometimes beat about the bush. I hate hypocrites. They are the most cunning people ever. Well, for you, hiding your depressive character and masking it with a happy face is definitely not hypocrisy. I know you don't want your family to know what you really feel, you don't want them to worry.

If you love them, why you are lying to them that you are happy if you are not at all? Yes, you dont want them to share the pain but dont you think it can be more pinfull if they start to think that you are doing it because you dont believe they can help with your problem hided deep inside? You can say you only do that for good purpose but the fact is they can have their own point of view on this.
The best way to prove respectfullnes to peaople is to be honest every time. And after all, person who you love should love you too as well that he can help with your problem if not solve it at all. Thats the my point of view :)

I know I'm wrong.., and you are right.. I don't do it all the time though.., It just happened that my family is experiencing a big problem as of the moment and I wouldn't wanna add more weight on their burdens as of the moment..
