888bux is legitimate or scam?

I have joined 888bux 1 month before & when i am very near to my minimum cashout limit, the site does not show the frequent ads & also the paid amount of every ads are also goes down from $0.01 to $0.001. can anyone tell me that the site is legitimate or scam.
