Why communicating with the one who is giving myLot task is impossible?

I have been rewarded for two or three write-ups which I have submitted here but just recently another three of my write-ups were rejected, all containing the same reasons - that they contained multiple spelling syntax and grammatical error. So ironic because I'm very much particular with grammar and spelling. Besides, I have the articles spell-checked before submitting them. I may acknowledged the employer's comment of lack of clarity in my write-up but not the multiple spelling syntax and grammatical error. You may say that I have to discuss this thing with the employer then. Well, how can I ask her to elaborate on this issue when I couldn't even send her a message unless she accepts my friend request. Another thing, one of the pre-requisites in sending a friend request to employer so that you can send in your message is to fill-in the email address of the friend you wanted to be included in the list. huh? how would I know when we're both strangers? Before one can send in a private message, first your friend request must be accepted. What if it will be declined? If this will be the case, how can clarify things with the person concerned? In other sites, providers or writers are protected of their right by the ones managing the site. Here in myLot the transaction is between the employer and the provider only so when problem like those I have mentioned earlier crops up, we don't know where to send our queries. Sigh.
