Of course the attitude should always comes first. The foundation of your response to problems and circumstances.

true what he/she said your attitude is the real deal... and the you should know how to analyse the problem and then make a good responce on the bases that its foundations will be good... then i guess your leadership will show its self.. that you kno how to get out of tough situations.
