Confused

i was jut doind a search on the search bar i got a pop up screen sayin you have been rewarded this reward is worth 0cents. Is this a one off or have other people been gettin this as well as me?

Yesterday I had the same one but with 2 cents, I didnt know it was for search, but I searched stuff heavily yesterday.
