Horrible Customer Service

OK, this one's a real zinger!
So, we got a new car financed through CitiFinancial. We set up automatic payments and everything is Kosher. I get a weird bill from some place called Santander for the same amount of money. Weird, but I thought it was a scam so I ignored it. A week after we paid our Citi bill, I am getting calls from someone at Santander asking for their money.
Apparantly, without our notification, Santander bought Citi Financial and overtook everything. Our money went to the wrong place. However they said that Citi Financial would automatically forward that money to them.
We get another call. This time they are telling us that WE have to call Citi and tell them to give them their money! So we call Citi, and it forwards to Santander!!
We have been getting harassing phone calls everyday from these jerks asking for their money when we already sent it! We even sent them a copy of our bank statement SHOWING proof that we paid it and they are STILL calling!
I have told so many people off in that business it's unreal, especially since I am usually a nice person who is nice to customer service because I know that they have to deal with jerk customers everyday, but this time the tables have been turned.
