hi again Anshulmahajan Telling people to shut up is negative its self
and also rude. no I say lets stop this negative bit right now,or I
am going to have to leave.Being blunt is much less rude but should
get the message accross. I would rea lly not say shut up to colleagues
or friends as that could get you a nasty retore or even a black eye .
I always try to show how to be positive with a positive remark.

It's really hard to confront other people sometimes. You know, we all have our nature and we should be cautious confronting people. Well, I think the best thing is that you should avoid pessimistic people if you don't like being affected by them. Be with optimistic people. It's hard to comment on people's attitude sometimes, especially if they're not open to change. So, let's just do understand their attitude, that people like that do exist.

Sometimes you can't stop a person from saying negative things or being negative. The most you can do, and honestly the best thing, is to stay positive. No matter what others say, just keep your head high and eventually they'll see how happy you are and then they might stop!
