Wozniacki continues on

Caroline Wozniacki is looking better and better. It is beginning to look like she has just as much determination as Maria Sharapova has always shown and which was Sharapova's strongest quality. In two matches Wozniacki has had to really bear down and win at the end of the second set and she has really held up under the pressure and one of those was against Sharapova.

Well so much for Wozniacki's run to the Finals. She loses to Zvonareva in straight sets. Main reason, her service game was not there today, she did not have one easy service game the whole match, it always seemed that the games were pushed to 40-40 or close like that. With that said I see a very bright future for this young lady from Denmark, she has all the tools to go far in this sport.

Well so far things are not going so great for her against Zvonareva as she loses the first set. Could she be finally feeling the pressure of being a #1 seed? Can Zvonareva not self implode on the court like I've seen so many times before.

I was actually shocked to see that she was seeded number 1 here. She has not yet won any Grand Slam title till now and I thought here is another Dinara Safina kind of situation here. But she has performed very well so far in this tournament. Let's she how she performs in the semis and hopefully in the finals.
