Selling on Amazon

Does anyone here sell on Amazon and if so, tell me how it works. I am looking to begin to sell some books and stuff there and was wondering how I can get involved in selling there and if it is worth my time. Are there a lot of fees involved with selling there?

I have once tried to sell aromatic oils on amazon. But I failed to get even a single sale. Then I turned to eBay. Its easy to setup the account in amazon. But its very tough to get sales there.

Thanks for your information. I don't seem to make any money with ebay as the fees are so high. I hope to get selling some items somewhere on here.
