Onbux and its rented referrals

I'm a member of onbux since July 18th this year, and after investigating carefully, I found it's a trusted site so I invested $10 there in renting referrals. But I'm totally confused and irritated now.

The first question is why the rented referrals only clicked 2-3 among the 4 provided ads in one day? The only reason I can find is some of them might have trouble in opening some of the ads. But why all of them were like this, did all of them have the problem?
OK, I could tolerate it, because the average number of their clicks was larger than 2 so that I could earn a little from the investment.
But things have got much worse these days, the number of rented referrals' clicks had an inconceivably rapid drop four days ago. My 30 rented referrals only clicked 36 ads yesterday, the number before 1 week was more than 60!

Are you a member in onbux? Do you have the same situation?
What happened to onbux? Is it turning to scam?

I have not tried renting yet at OnBux. But my experiences at NeoBux and GagaBux suggest that it's really difficult to monitor all that rented referrals. Since the profit margin per referral is just a few cents, any problem will likely affect the "investment" drastically.
I could not keep up so I just stopped renting. It's really not worth the trouble.
