Many people live in rented house instead their house

Hi! My family and I have been renting ever since. We never had the chance to buy our own house. It's just very expensive and we just have a lot of expenses. Yes there are indeed low cost houses out there but for a price to pay -- those houses look so cheap and small and the neighborhood is just not homey. We want to buy a house that's really worth it that is why we haven't bought our own house yet coz those 'worth-it' houses are really just expensive. Anyway, in the business point of view, a house is actually a liability. The bigger (or more) your house is, the bigger your maintenance expenses will be. So, if one still has not enough money then it's kind of money saving if one would just rent a house that's fairly priced and homey enough, he also wouldn't worry much about the maintenance coz it's already the owner's responsibility to do that. So far we've moved to quite a number of houses already and right now we're so far very happy with the house we're renting. It's fairly priced and gives us enough savings and hopefully we can buy our dream house someday :)

Yeah, actually this is the case for us. We rent the place we stay in because we still cannot afford to buy our own house. buying a condo unit is as expensive too and the place is really small for a family of adults (4).

Like yourself I may live in a city unlike in rural area people own their houses. The thing living in a city like mine is that most of the lots or houses that is for sale is too expensive that we can't afford that much unlike we rent a house its within our reach. It is much more on practical reasons probably, of course we dream of owning our own house but its so hard to afford it at the moment with meager income that we need to sustain so many needs. So I guess that happen to many urban places where people migrated for work and earning opportunity.

... hi .. i wanted to rent a room for me and my partner to be together...however... we talked about it and think it over and over again... we realized that its better to stay in our parents house and save money for us to buy our own house... coz we can save more money than renting a room and pay it every month... ^_^

many people is live in our short rented home.many people are families and relatives live in this house.and we are live our friends,together in this rented house.this rent house feel many human call this home.and his relation are so true & very desireful.
